Your empire grows one lawn at a time. There are ten areas, from the Backyard to a Large Garden, a Neighborhood, a City Park, a golf course, the Airport, a Mega Farm, a county and finally the World Lawn.
Real-world sizes
We kept everything at real size: a house is about 11 m wide, a football pitch 105 × 68 m. The backyard is 40 × 28 m; the World Lawn is 16 × 8 km. This week we made every area four times bigger than our first version, because it simply felt better to have room to drive.
Hand-built layouts
Each area has its own layout: paths, ponds, trees, fences, houses and parked cars in the neighborhood, runways at the airport, barns and crops on the farm. Obstacles block your mower, so you learn to plan your lines around them.
Something new every season
Later areas unlock after you finish a season, so every new season brings a new place to mow.
